Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you order your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Notice Regarding Return Shipments
All shipments and return requests are processed exclusively through DHL, our contracted carrier.
If a customer independently arranges a return due to return shipping costs, or sends items via UPS or a local post office, all such return or exchange shipments will be automatically sent back to the customer without exception.
Please ensure that all return requests are submitted only through the portal we provide.
Proceed with your purchase only if you agree to this policy and make your purchase decision carefully.
Returns and Exchange Delivery Charge

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please pay the fee in advance when sending the item back.

If your original order included free shipping, the initial shipping fee paid by Andersson Bell will be deducted from your refund.

Returns due to a change of mind — such as wrong size, gifting reasons, or simply not wanting the item — are considered the customer’s choice, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling fees.

As stated above, if a customer requests a refund due to a change of mind, we will refund ONLY the cost of the item after verifying whether the returned product can be resold in Korea.
Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. -
If shipping fees or customs duties were initially covered by the brand, we will only refund in cases where the product is faulty.

[Refunds]
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
[Exchanges]
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
[Damages and issues]
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
[Customs and import charges]
Please be advised that customs and import charges for any purchase are included in the final amount and you don't need to pay additional charges after you check out.
[Policy on Stolen Items]
Please note that once the product you purchased leaves Korea, the country from which we sell, we are no longer responsible for the item during its transit to other countries.
All shipments are handled via DHL, and we cannot provide compensation for items that are stolen after arrival in your local country. Please ensure that you respond to any calls from DHL regarding your shipment.
*Exception: If you chose in-person delivery requiring a signature, and the package was delivered without obtaining your signature, compensation for the stolen item may be available through your local DHL office. In this case, please contact DHL in your area directly.
